We know that although your organization might be small, what you can accomplish is huge. And even with the long hours and hard work you put in, you still may not have enough time to handle the finances yourself. That’s where we can help. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Emilie Aracil Drasher, Esq.

Emilie is an attorney with over 10 years experience leading and working with nonprofit organizations in Baltimore City and throughout Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Maryland Bar later that year. Emilie has extensive experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial oversight as well as grants management. Emilie brings her experience leading nonprofit organizations to her consulting with the nationally recognized Standards for Excellence® program. She has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations and enjoys volunteering as a pro bono attorney and tax preparer with the Maryland CASH Campaign, and visits the local hospital with her certified therapy dog, Cabot.

Charles F. Drasher, CPA
Accountant, Auditing and Tax Specialist
Licensed Certified Public Accountant
Charles is a Certified Public Accountant who began his accounting career in 2009. He received his Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland in 2016. He specializes in auditing, bookkeeping, tax preparation, developing internal financial controls, and grants administration.
